RENTAL REGULATIONS
PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING RESERVATION REQUEST.
 The Office Hours of Grace Realty Company are:
9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
CHECK-IN TIME IS BETWEEN 2:00 P.M. AND 5:00 P.M.
CHECK-OUT TIME IS 10:00 A.M. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
WE DO NOT RENT TO HOUSE PARTIES


All houses are privately owned and are furnished to the individual owner's preference. Houses are furnished for the number of occupants stated in the listings. Please select a house to fit your family. Baby cribs are permitted. COTS OR SLEEPING BAGS ARE NOT PERMITTED. Houses are equipped with electric stoves, refrigerators, dishes, cooking utensils, flatware, furniture, pillows and bedspreads. Some houses have small appliances such as toasters & others have none. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS, PILLOW CASES, TOWELS, WASH CLOTHS, AND DISH TOWELS. You may rent sheets, pillow cases, and towels from Grace Realty Company upon arrival. These are available at our office for $15 per set. We also rent port-a-cribs and high chairs. NO ITEMS ARE DELIVERED TO THE UNITS, AND MUST BE RETURNED TO OUR OFFICE BY THE RENTER. BLANKETS ARE NOT PROVIDED.

EACH UNIT is privately owned. Permission to go on the premises of any unit must be obtained from Grace Realty Company.


ALL UNITS RENT SATURDAY TO SATURDAY

High Rates: June 7 to August 9
Medium Rates: May 3 to June 7 and August 9 to September 6.
Low Rates: Low Rates are in effect all other times EXCEPT HOLIDAYS. Holiday and Daily Rates will be quoted upon request.

A DEPOSIT of one half (1/2) the rent is required to reserve a unit. Deposit must be received within five (5) days of the date you call to reserve a unit. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES if a reservation is cancelled and we are unable to re-rent will the deposit be refunded. Deposits will be refunded if we are able to re-rent, minus a commission fee. CANCELATIONS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE 3 WEEKS IN ADVANCE AND MAY BE BAID BY PERSONAL CHECK. Any deposits will be placed in a Trust Account which may bear interest. Any interest accrued will be retained by Grace Realty Company. There is a $10.00 Transfer Charge to Change Reservation.

NO KEYS WILL BE LEFT FOR LATE ARRIVALS IF
THE RESERVATION IS NOT PAID IN FULL.


A SECURITY DEPOSIT is charged for each rental unit and must be paid in cash. Renters are responsible for leaving the rental unit clean for the next occupant. FAILURE TO LEAVE A UNIT CLEAN WILL RESULT IN OUR REFUSAL TO RENT TO THE OFFENDER AGAIN. THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Torn or damaged screens, broken windows, failure to return keys and other damages made by the renter will be charged to the renter, or will be taken from the security deposit.

  • A PROCESSING FEE OF $50.00 (NON REFUNDABLE) IS CHARGED IN ADDITION TO RENT.
  • CLEANING SUPPLIES AND GARBAGE BAGS ARE NOT SUPPLIED BY GRACE REALTY COMPANY.
  • RETURNED CHECKS ARE SUBJECT TO A $45.00 FEE.
  • ACCOMMODATION AND SALES TAX WILL BE ADDED TO RENTAL RATES.
  • NO FIREWORKS PERMITTED BY LAW.
  • NO GRILLS ON BALCONIES, PORCHES, OR DECKS - NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • GRILLS AND BEACH FURNITURE ARE NOT FURNISHED WITH THE UNITS.

DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE available upon request. Our rental amounts DO NOT include maid service. Please advise office at time of check-in if you would like paid maid service. Our inspection personnel is not a cleaning service. The tenant is responsible for leaving property in a clean and acceptable condition for the next family. The additional charge for this service is : 4 Bdrm. or larger $100.00. 2 or 3 Bdrm. $75.00. When requesting MAID SERVICE, tenant must check-out by 9 a.m. and is responsible for the removal of all garbage. making the beds and loading the dishwasher.

NO PETS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES. IF A PET IS FOUND ON THE PREMISES, THERE WILL BE A $100.00 CHARGE MADE AGAINST THE RENTER, AND THE PET WILL BE REMOVED OR THE RENTER WILL HAVE TO VACATE THE HOUSE. NO EXCEPTIONS.


RENTERS ARE NOT PERMITTED to bring extra A/C units or other appliances. HOWEVER, if an appliance breaks down, we do have repairs made as soon as possible. Repair personnel must have access to the units. There is no rent reduction.

TELEPHONES ARE IN SOME RENTAL UNITS. ALL toll calls on such phones must be placed on the renter's credit card, or must be placed collect. NO CALLS MAY BE CHARGED TO ANY PHONE IN ANY RENTAL UNIT. A $10.00 service charge is made if Grace Realty Company has to collect for any long distance calls.

TELEPHONE MESSAGES are delivered to rental units twice a day. Telephone messages are taken between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. at the following number 1-843-249-5444. Our toll free number is for reservations only. Emergency messages will be delivered as soon as possible after received. There is a service charge of $10.00 per message. Renters may pick up messages at our office if they do not wish to pay for this service.

GRACE REALTY COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR
ARTICLES LEFT IN RENTAL UNITS.

A $10.00 fee is charged to pick-up and mail if requested.
All articles are mailed C.O.D.

TO CORRECTION AND/OR CHANGE WITHOUT NOTIFICATION.

ASK about our winter rentals and our advance reservation for your Next years vacation rental. If you wish the same unit for the next year, please reserve by Thursday of your vacation week. A deposit of $50.00 will be required.

EACH DAY, ALL BEACH PARAPHERNALIA MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE BEACH BY NIGHTFALL
