PLEASE READ RENTAL REGULATIONS BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION

Make three (3) choices that will meet your family's needs.

  • Is this a family or a house party? (WE DON'T RENT TO HOUSE PARTIES.)
  • When do you plan to come to the North Myrtle Beach area?
  • We manage rentals in Cherry Grove, Tilghman & Ocean Drive Sections.
  • How long do you plan to stay?
  • How many adults and how many children will you have in your family?

ONLY ONE (1) CAR PER BEDROOM
MOTORCYCLES ARE NOT PERMITTED ON PREMISES.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE:

Please check to make sure everything is in order: if there are any problems, please notify us immediately before moving in.

Each house is furnished at the owner's discretion.

Please check the refrigerator setting. Dial should be on the middle temperature. DO NOT SET refrigerator past 5 or C. Do not overload refrigerator with warm food. Keep the refrigerator door closed for a minimum of 2 to 4 hours. Air conditioning thermostat must be set on cool, fan on auto, and temperature not below 72 degrees. Please keep all doors and windows closed so the unit can cool properly.

The following items may be needed during your stay: salt, pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, cleaning compounds, plastic garbage bags, sheets, pillow cases, towels and wash cloths.

THESE ITEMS ARE NOT PROVIDED BY THE OWNER OR THE RENTAL AGENT.


WHEN YOU LEAVE:
  • Vacuum and sweep all floors.
  • Mop floors.
  • Remove all food from refrigerator; defrost and clean.
  • Clean and wipe stove (oven & top).
  • Clean bathrooms thoroughly (shower/tub, floor, sink, commode).
  • Make up all beds.
  • Empty all trash into plastic bags and place near street or in dumpster.
  • Pick up trash that is in the yard.
  • Clean mirrors & dust furniture.
  • Lock all windows and doors.
  • Return all keys to office before 10 A.M.
  • Load and start dishwasher or wash dishes and place in cabinets.

Our city is recycling as perhaps your town is. Green boxes are provided to hold newspapers, white plastic jugs and glass. If you wish to recycle please place green boxes by the street on Thursday mornings.
